In September 2025, Catisha made a transformative decision. She left her corporate role and launched The Honeycomb Collective, an operational consultancy dedicated exclusively to business owners leading medical spas and integrative medicine practices.

Meet Catisha

Catisha grew up in Brooklyn, shaped by its grit, its directness, and its refusal to accept anything less than what's possible. She carried that through her healthcare operations career, including at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where she saw how a broken process can cost a patient, and how the right foundation transforms how care is delivered and felt.

In 2020, she chose San Diego, and a pace and a life built on the same principles she now builds into her clients' businesses: sustainability, clarity, and ambition without sacrifice.
