Meet Catisha.
She didn't just study healthcare operations; she immersed herself in it for over 15 years, experiencing everything from the front desk to executive strategy. She observed both the failures and successes within the system. Driven by her insights, she decided to take action. The result is Honeycomb Collective, created for every woman she had in mind.
Catisha spent over 15 years deeply involved in healthcare operations, managing revenue cycles, compliance, front desk systems, and clinical operations at organizations. She was the person who made things run smoothly.
However, as she continued to work within these systems, she began to notice a recurring pattern: talented, visionary women were building health and wellness practices that were often stifled by operations not designed with their needs in mind.
Determined to make a change, she left her corporate role and launched Honeycomb Collective in September 2025. This healthcare operations consulting firm is specifically created for the women leading the next generation of health and wellness businesses. It’s not for everyone; it’s for her people.
“The best operational partners aren’t just technically skilled. They’re human, grounded, and genuinely invested in your success.”
She brings all of
who she is to the work.
-
Her work is grounded in purpose, not just performance. Every decision in business and in life flows from a deeper sense of calling and conviction.
-
She doesn't just preach sustainable living she lives it. Her business runs on intentional boundaries because she knows that rest is not a reward. It is a requirement.
-
Deeply invested in the communities she serves and the women she works alongside. She believes that when one of us rises with the right foundation, we all rise.
-
She built a business on the belief that compassion and operational excellence are not opposites. They are the most powerful combination in any business.
Brooklyn girl.
San Diego soul.

Catisha is based in San Diego, California, a city she chose with intention. After years of pouring herself into institutions and organizations, she made a deliberate decision to relocate and rebuild her life with greater peace, purpose, and presence.
San Diego is not just where her business lives. It is where she chose to build the life that reflects everything she teaches her clients: that sustainability, beauty, and ambition are not in conflict. They are the design.
She carries Brooklyn with her, the grit, the directness, the refusal to accept less than what's possible. And she brings to San Diego the same intention, the spaciousness, the permission to breathe.

Beyond the Business
Catisha is more than a consultant. She is a creator, a storyteller, and a woman actively living the principles she builds businesses around.
Outside of her client work, she is developing The Rebel Diaries, a creative project at the intersection of storytelling, authenticity, and life lived entirely on her own terms. It is the unfiltered version of the journey, the beauty behind business, and the difficulty of building something real in a world that doesn't always make room for women like her.
Because she believes deeply that the women she works with deserve to see the full picture, not the highlight reel. And knowing that fully is what makes partnership meaningful.
